Training Delivery, Facilitation and Management – Paul is an accredited trainer (CITOL), and an active member of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning.

Business Process Improvement and Re-engineering – Paul is trained to Black Belt Six Sigma standard (from Financial Services and Telecoms) and has over a decade of practical experience and BPR management.

Project Management / Change Implementation – Both Rosie and Paul are Prince II trained and have actively used the Prince II methodology for many years.

Marketing / Product Management – Rosie has a BA (Hons)  in Business Studies, Paul has successfully held posts within Marketing and Product Management teams.
